jiabet Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

jiabet (hereinafter referred to as "platform", "we" or "site") provides an online gaming and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jiabet and its users (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "you").

By accessing, browsing or registering on our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and any other applicable policies. If these terms are displayed in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall apply.

jiabet operates as a safe and reliable platform following SSL encryption and fair play principles. All our games run on software from internationally recognised and certified providers.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and participate on jiabet, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old or above.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity — meaning you are of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• You do not have any previously closed or suspended account on jiabet.

For age verification purposes, jiabet may at any time request a valid identity document (national ID card, passport). jiabet reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete. This service is only for those aged 21 and above.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member may open only one single account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If jiabet detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be notified immediately.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and secure.
• If unauthorised use of your account is detected, contact our support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's account is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

jiabet supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Using the correct reference number or transaction ID at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Deposits from a payment source that does not match the account name are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
• jiabet reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request for additional verification.

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) policy, jiabet monitors all financial transactions. Additional documentation may be requested for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jiabet offers various promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳26,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳41,000.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• If a deposit is withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• jiabet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiabet platform:

• Fraud, manipulation or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or scripts.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phish, or steal another member's information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts to illegally take advantage of bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to control outcomes.
• Knowingly exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Impersonating jiabet staff or representatives.
• Distributing obscene, harassing or hateful content.

If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, jiabet may immediately close the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.
